We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager for our store who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful running of daily store operations. As a Store Manager, you will lead the team, oversee operational processes, and ensure an optimal customer experience. You are a natural leader with strong organizational skills and experience in retail management.


Who are we?

Maeya Jewelry is a fast-growing jewelry brand that opened its first store in the heart of Eindhoven at the end of 2024. Now we're expanding and opening our new store in the center of Tilburg. From day one, you can be part of this new adventure and grow with us.

What are your duties and responsibilities?

As Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the store and the team. Your duties include:

• Managing, coaching and motivating the store team
  
• Responsible for sales, KPIs and store performance
  
• Daily management of store processes, POS and inventory management
  
• Drawing up staff schedules and coordinating shifts
  
• Recruitment, selection and training of new employees
  
• Monitoring cash register procedures, budgets and cash handling
  
• Ensuring optimal store presentation (merchandising & stock management)
  
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
  
• Carrying out marketing and promotional activities in the store
  
• Reporting results and operational matters to head office

Who are you?

We are looking for a Store Manager who recognizes themselves in the following profile:

• Experience in retail, preferably in a management position
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Commercially oriented and results-oriented
  
• Good command of Dutch and English
  
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management and planning
  
• Organizationally strong, stress-resistant and proactive
  
• You live in (the vicinity of) Tilburg.

Was werden Sie tun?

Als Verkäufer/in bei Lilou bist du das Aushängeschild des Stores und für ein optimales Einkaufserlebnis verantwortlich. Du verstehst es, Kunden persönlich anzusprechen, sie zu beraten und sie von unseren Kollektionen zu begeistern. Außerdem sorgst du dafür, dass der Store stets optimal aussieht und arbeitest gemeinsam mit deinem Team daran, unsere Ziele zu erreichen.

• Beraten und unterstützen Sie Kunden bei der Suche nach dem perfekten Schmuck und den perfekten Accessoires.

• Kassenbetrieb und Zahlungsabwicklung.

• Aktives Nachdenken über die Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses.

• Tragen Sie zu einer positiven und angenehmen Atmosphäre im Geschäft bei.

• Auffüllen des Lagerbestands und Sicherstellen, dass das Geschäft stets sauber und ordentlich aussieht, sowie Aufräumen zu Beginn, während und am Ende Ihrer Schicht.

• Sie sind flexibel in Ihrem Einsatz, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.

• Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Mode und Schmuck.

• Wohnen in der Nähe von Eindhoven
